Who we are

RN Elements LLP ("RN Elements", "we", "us") manufactures GFRP rebar at Block No. 24, Plot No. 1 to 5, Behind Hotel Sahyog, At. Siyadla, Ta. Olpad, Surat, Gujarat 394540, India. We are the data fiduciary for personal data collected through rnelements.in.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us, plus basic technical context:

• Contact enquiries: your name, email address, phone number and the message you write.
• Calculator reports: your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), and the inputs and results of the calculation you ran.
• Referral context: the page you landed on, the website that referred you, campaign parameters in the link you followed, and your browser's user agent.
• Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, aggregate usage data via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. No analytics tags load before you accept.

We do not collect financial account details, government identifiers, or any special category personal data through this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, send the technical report you requested, follow up about GFRP supply for your project, and understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Consent

We ask for your explicit consent before storing enquiry details and before loading analytics. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@rnelements.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Where your data is stored

Enquiry and calculator data is stored in a managed Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region in India, with row-level access controls that prevent public reading of submissions. Notification emails are delivered through Resend, which may process message content outside India. Analytics data, if you consent, is processed by Google and Microsoft under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and lead records are retained for up to 36 months from your last interaction so we can service long-running construction projects, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, and raise a grievance about how we handle your data. Write to info@rnelements.in and we will respond within 30 days.
